When you access the Website, UA will learn certain information about you during your visit.

Information You Provide To Us.

You provide us information when you use our website, for example, when you contact us through email or contact forms to enquire about our services, to ask a question or leave a comment, fill out a survey, book an appointment through our online booking system, review/sign (including electronic signature) a proposal or contract for work, make a payment through our online accounting system, contact us through social media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook or Twitter, or if you register to receive our newsletter. Similarly, if you purchase a course, attend a workshop or become a personal coaching client, you may automatically be added to our mailing list.

The personal information we collect might include but is not limited to your name, address, email address, IP address, location and information regarding what web pages are accessed and when. In certain forms, depending on the nature of services pursued by you, we may collect personal information about the type or nature of personal conditions that you are seeking resources or services for which may or may not include, and may or may not be limited to medical information. This is mainly for the purposes of accessing and providing you with relevant content and/or services when we offer them. You also have the option of joining our coaching platforms such as but not limited to a Facebook Group if and when they are offered,  thereby granting us access to your profile, bio and other details or privacy control. We may monitor and record our telephone or face-to-face conversations with you for training, quality and/or other business purposes and/or to provide you personalized service. You will be provided with a notice at the beginning of any call that is being recorded.

In any communication from UA, you will always be provided with the option to unsubscribe from such communications, usually using a link at the bottom of the email. Alternatively, you can write to us at namita@unlearningnanxiety.com. However, communications of administrative or transactional nature such as payment receipts, invoices and such cannot be unsubscribed from.

You can deny information sharing. However, your failure to not provide information within reasonable time needed by us to service you may result in our inability to respond to your queries, provide services, suspension of paid plans or programs, an additional charge to compensate us for added work and / or disruption in the availability of plans or service.

You may contact us at namita@unlearninganxiety.com to make a request for modification of personal information that is required. However, we cannot make any guarantees about the approval of any and all such requests.

If you opt to receive any free resources, participate in any free training programs, register for a webinar, register for a live event, register for a seminar, or purchase any products sold by the Company on this Website, we may automatically enroll you to our mailing lists. Once you are added to our mailing lists and if you do not wish to receive communications from us, you can unsubscribe anytime. We include an “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every email we send. If you have trouble unsubscribing, you can send an email to namita@unlearningnanxiety.com requesting to unsubscribe from future emails.

It is your responsibility to be truthful about your identity whenever you contact and communicate with UA, including when you sign up for our free or paid content or services. When we communicate with you, we make an implicit assumption that you are who you say you are and if found otherwise, we reserve the right to respond with appropriate actions. Please note that this clause excludes instances when you have made a request for your alias names to be published on or through UA, such as but not limited to testimonials or coaching and where such request has been accepted by UA.

Location Identification

UA makes reasonable efforts to comply with various laws governing different locations or countries. To achieve this purpose, if you are seeking content or services beyond what is available freely on our website and decide to contact us to pursue such content or resources via phone, email and /or contact or other form/s on our website, we ask you to help us identify and provide your location or country (our email service provider may or may not have automatic access or capabilities to infer your location information from other details you input into the forms, and hence, we will rely on you to specifically provide such information). You have a right to not provide such information, however in the absence of your location disclosure, we may not be able to make an accurate estimation of your geography and therefore cannot best guarantee compliance with your /any specific country’s governing laws or availability of content.

Information We Collect Through Automatic Data Collection Technology.

In order for us to better understand how our website is being used, what content is most popular and what countries our visitors come from, we use automatic data collection technologies including Squarespace Analytics and Google Analytics (privacy policies linked) that collect non-personal information about you as you navigate through our Website. It is only when you seek to download resources and/or register for services that you are required to provide information.

For example, if you make a credit or debit card purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third party payment processors Stripe and /or Paypal (privacy policies linked), who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions (compliance policy linked: Stripe, Paypal).

We may report or disclose your personal information to a third party, including a lawyer or collection agency, when necessary to enforce our terms or any other agreement between you and UA, protect our legal rights or when such disclosure is deemed required by an applicable law, court or other governmental entity .

All personal information disclosed within programs, sessions and the records, if any, pertaining to those sessions, are confidential and will not be revealed to anyone without your written permission, except where disclosure is required by law. Examples of such instances would include, but not be limited to, an event in which UA believes there is imminent danger to the life and physical safety of the client or others,UA may need to disclose select information in order to make appropriate and potentially life-saving interventions, that may include, but are not limited to, disclosures to law enforcement, medical and other emergency services.

Business Transfers: Circumstances may arise where, whether for strategic or other business reasons, we may sell, transfer or otherwise disclose some or all of our assets, including your information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy. It’s our practice to seek appropriate protection for your information in those types of transactions.

When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any sensitive information (such as credit or debit card details) is encrypted and protected with a minimum 128 Bit encryption on SSL. When you are on a secure page, a lock icon will appear next to the web address. It is our general policy that we will retain any information you choose to provide to us until the earlier of: (a) you asking us to delete the information, (b) our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or (c) UA decides that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs of retaining it. In keeping with (c) and to ensure that we minimize instances of your information and data being at risk to unauthorized access by third-parties, UA may decide to delete your data and/or remove you from our mailing lists, if you are inactive for a reasonable amount of time. Coaching & Community Rules

Unless specified otherwise, any coaching, whether free or paid, will occur in an online group setting, such as, by way of example, Zoom meetings, webinar etc, decided at our sole discretion. Coaching does not take place over email or social media.

To offer a safe and positive community for everyone, we ask you to review in detail our website terms which include our zero-tolerance policy on unlawful, disrespectful or breach of confidentiality actions against the Company or other members of the community.

You also understand that your entry to such a coaching venue will require disclosure of a bare minimum level of personal details, such as your real full name, your current photo and/or video, which will be available for information and viewing to others. We do not permit false names or alias names or photos. Similarly, anything you choose to post or share will be available for viewing by others as well as subsequently owned by the Company.

Coaching sessions may also be recorded for use towards business purposes, such as, but not limited to share for the benefit of non-attendees or other interested community members or students.


Social media platforms

Communication, engagement and actions taken through external social media platforms that this website and its owners participate in such as but not limited to facebook and twitter, are custom to the terms and conditions as well as the privacy policies held with each social media platform respectively. Users are advised to use social media platforms wisely and communicate / engage upon them with due care and caution in regard to their own privacy and personal details. We encourage users wishing to discuss sensitive details to contact us through primary communication channels such as by email or options made available. We do not offer coaching over social media or email unless it is stated in writing as part of a program’s terms. We reserve the right to exercise our discretion when it comes to public comments on social media. We may report and/or remove comments or communications that violate our terms, to mitigate the risks associated with public disclosures of sensitive personal information and/or to perform other legal or contractual obligations. Comments of harassment to us or others or comments of a repeated nature may also be removed.

This website may use social sharing buttons which help share web content directly from web pages to the social media platform in question. Users are advised before using such social sharing buttons that they do so at their own discretion and note that the social media platform may track and save your request to share a web page respectively through your social media platform account. At all instances, you agree that when you engage with third-parties, you do so at your own volition and risk.

By way of example, this may happen if any of our data processors' servers are located in a country outside of the EU. These countries may or may not not have similar data protection laws to the EU.
